A fantastic to work with fabric with so many uses! It reflects the light blacking out anything that is next to it. In natural light, the deep purple material appears faint with deep shimmers of iridescent colours. But with the flash of a camera or hit by the road lights, the material explodes with bright colours, spanning the entire rainbow spectrum!

We hope you love the fabrics or Trimmings you buy from us but if you have changed your mind, you can return your items ** up to 28 days from the order’s date. As long as we receive the returned goods within 28 days of you receiving your order and they are in the condition in which they were sent to you we will be able to exchange or refund them. We will not refund you the shipping cost of any unwanted items returned to us and we’ll have to charge you a small handling and posting fee if you decide to exchange.

In the unlikely event of receiving an item that is faulty please notify us ASAP about the fault with pictures at hello.reflectives@gmail.com . Once we have confirmed that there is a defect on any of the items you have received we will then proceed to a full refund including any shipping fees.

You will be responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us and we would therefore recommend getting return proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of fabric or trimmings after they have been cut by you, we ask that you please check for faults and make sure you are happy with your fabric before you cut it.

If goods are returned to us in a non saleable condition or they have been damaged we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

We endeavour to proceed with any return very quickly and usually it only takes up to 2 working days from receipt of the parcel. However at very busy times please allow up to 5-10 working days.
